Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not pleased with your purchase, you’re welcome to return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition with tags still attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice. Reason for return and evidence of problem or defect must be provided for a full refund.
Merchandise that has been worn, washed, or dry cleaned, scented, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. A|SHAH reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
If the reason for return is not a quality-related issue yet you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, your items may be eligible to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Your refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the garment/s.
FINAL SALE
Please note final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Trackable shipments are encouraged as A|SHAH will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. Our team will inform you once the item/s have been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund to reflect in your account.
