Your items will ship 3-5 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.

Pre-order items will have the timeframe specified on the product page. 

Currently, all items on our site are in pre-order mode as each garment is made-to-order.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and shipment. Should your order be processed sooner than the expected timeframe, we will notify you via email.

Should you need your garment sooner, please email us at support@ashahcollection.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method.  You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 2 – 4 weeks to reflect on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Caring for your garments requires minor maintenance, but is highly important in preserving the original quality of the design. To keep your garments looking their best over time, we recommend following these steps:

Avoid contact with water, grease, perfume and cosmetics – this may stain or damage your garment

Avoid prolonged exposure to heat and strong sources of light

Do not keep it anywhere too warm, humid or unventilated

A|SHAH will not be held responsible for any damage incurred in this manner.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay. All transactions are in US Dollars.

All payments made on ashahcollection.com are secure - we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

We do not store any of your payment information.
